My new favorite bagel place & corporate catering place! I ordered 2 doz bagels & cream cheese for a school event the next day. I got there too late to pick them up before they closed (3pm). So bummed because I know their bagels are SO GOOD! And this is a step up from the usual. And I special ordered them Cut In Half. I felt terrible. But KAYLA was so kind & patient with me. She assured me they'd be able to use them in a catering order and not to worry, and fully refunded my card. Kayla gave exemplary customer service and with a smile. Part 2- Tried them out again but this time for lunch catering. Their Deli Trays are great, very versatile so everyone can make their own YUMMY bagel sandwich (too many picky people to make happy). The guests raved at how good everything was. And once again THANKS to Smiley KAYLA! What a wonderful human!
These bagels are very tasty and delicious! I have been here a few times and have not had a bad sandwich yet. The bagels are chewy and that is my favorite. Service isn't terrible but isn't friendly either. Can be a bit pricy but I will likely eat here again.
Great bagels and breakfast sandwiches. Friendly service although don't call at 7:30am, no one will answer the phone as they are pretty busy servicing a breakfast rush. That being said, still will be coming back as the bagels and cream cheeses were top notch.
My new favorite bagel is lox: everything thing bagel with scallions cream cheese. The salmon is always fresh and delicious! Add rice Krispy treat for afternoon snack! Enjoy!
Food is great! The cream cheeses are delicious and so flavorful, and the bagels are always fresh. There is often times a line so prepare to wait since they make everything at the line. There is plenty of seating inside and even some outside options. When we went in today, there was no line. 2 of us went in and the worker took one of our orders and proceeded to make that entire sandwich, then asked me for the next order, all while there were 3 employees just staring at us, not doing anything.
I have been ordering bagels online for pickup recently because they have pumpernickel. These are hard to find. I order 6 and ask them to slice them, then just keep in my fridge, ready to toast in the mornings. I have also gotten flavored cream cheese. It's easy & quick to order, pay, then go park in front and pick up. The staff isn't the friendliest, but then I am in and out and don't have a lot of contact with them. Happy to keep coming. They do have a nice variety of bagels, including cinnamon, and blueberry. Yum.
